Routes4Life Directors and Staff are fully committed to safeguarding young people .

We expect everyone who works in, or visits our provision to share this commitment and play an active part in protecting our young people from harm. All staff must understand both their responsibilities in respect of the protection of adults at risk and the procedures to follow with regards to safe   guarding concerns.

We take all safeguarding concerns seriously and encourage students to talk to us about anything that worries them.

Emma Allen, Designated Adult Safeguarding Lead and her Adult Safeguarding Team  have responsibility for Safeguarding our young people and undertake regular training for this role. They can all be contacted through the Avelon Reception on 01708 222366 or alternatively at Corbets Tey School on 01708 225888.

Please report to the Designated Adult Safeguarding Lead / Officers or other Senior Staff Member:

• Any unacceptable behaviour of another adult
• Any issues/concerns with a student's behaviour
• Anything that you see or hear that concerns you
• Any difficulties you experience
